Blakroc - Blakroc 2009

slika

An album featuring the Black Keys and some of the biggest names in hip-hop will be released Nov. 27 (the so-called "Black Friday" day after Thanksgiving) under the name Blakroc, Billboard.com can reveal.

The project sports contributions from Jim Jones, Mos Def, Q-Tip, RZA, Raekwon, Ludacris, Pharoahe Monch, NOE, Nicole Wray, Billy Danze and the late Ol' Dirty Bastard.

Sessions got underway in early summer in Brooklyn, N.Y., with Mos Def's songs among the first put to tape. A video teaser featuring in-studio footage is now live at blakroc.com.

The album is being self-released on the BlakRoc label, and sources say it was spearheaded by the Black Keys, Damon Dash and Keys' manager John Peets at Q Prime South.

The Brunettes - Paper Dolls (11/2009)

Kod: Označi sve
http://rapidshare.com/files/307700066/TBPD_Vic.zip

Ten years ago The Brunettes emerged as fresh-faced leaders of a bonny retro revival. Auckland duo Jonathan Bree and Heather Mansfield dressed like it was the 60s and sang like it was the 80s. They used percussion, strings and brass to create clean music that harked back to a time when teens tossed their fringes to live bands at the community hall.

Four albums later, The Brunettes are still as tuneful and charming but now sit comfortably in the hugely popular indie-pop landscape that has sprung up around them.

On new album Paper Dolls, they zap their kitsch-but-classy tunes with some modern electro; there are still plenty of singalong tracks like bouncy opener Colours, and Bedroom Disco. But they are less B-52-style pop than their earlier hits like B-A-B-Y . Some tracks, like If I, are so subdued they're like lurking thoughts rather than songs.

Lyrically, the album is nostalgic and giggle-some. Red Rollerskates is about Bree walking too fast for his asthmatic girlfriend - they solve the issue by towing her around on skates - and Bedroom Disco, is as its name suggests, about shamelessly dancing in one's room.

On final track Thank You, the impeccably polite Brunettes thank their fans and friends for all the support - the friendly people who gave up their couches, the peanut shakes they had in the Southern states and side-straddling through Amsterdam. But really their fans should thank them, for again delivering a refreshing album and a chance to bop.

04 - Bedroom Disco

Pieta Brown - Shimmer (11/2009)

Pieta Brown will release her new CD Shimmer on November 10, 2009. The CD was produced by Don Was (Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt, Rolling Stones) and features seven stripped-down original tracks with Pieta on guitar/vocals, Bo Ramsey on electric guitar and Don Was on bass. Don Was calls Pieta "a great singer/songwriter who possesses major star power magnetism." His vision was to record Pieta with her songs and voice, “unadorned” and full center. Recorded live and mixed as it went down, Shimmer is the enchanting result. The recording will be released on Red House Records, Pieta's first CD on the independent Grammy-winning Americana/roots label.

Hey Negrita: You Can Kick

slika

DESCRIBED as a twisted cross between Johnny Cash and The Rolling Stones, Hey Negrita blend raw Americana with old school British rock ‘n’ roll to create a unique brew of transAtlantic music – and it’s well worth hearing!

Their journey began when singer/songwriter, Felix, moved to South Florida in 2000, where he spent his nights jamming with one of Ray Charles’ backing singers and a 55-year-old cowboy junky who had worked with Gram Parsons and Little Feat.

Having left London in search of a new life following a five-year battle with heroin, Felix embraced the dark humour, warm weather and earthy music of the Deep South.

Within a few weeks of arriving in Delray Beach he secured a residency at the bohemian Da Da Lounge where he began writing and performing the songs that would evolve into Hey Negrita’s debut album We Are Catfish some five years later.

You Can Kick, Hey Negrita’s latest long-player, sees Felix and drummer, Neil Findlay, joined by new recruits Matthew Ord (guitar and vocals), Paul Sandy (double bass) and Captain Bliss (harmonica and vocals).

The majority of the songs were written during the band’s two US tours and 19-date UK stint with Alabama 3 at the end of 2006. They’re described as being “packed full of addictive melodies, stunning harmonies and potent lyrics that testify against life, love and the pursuit of happiness whilst quietly luring you back to the pub”. And it’s a pretty accurate summary!

Songs are steeped in classic songwriting values and contain a dusky, lived-in sensibility. The Cash/Stones comparisons are evident, too, as well as traces of Dylan and even Tom Petty.

The Stones vibe is never more evident than during album highlight Cold, a harmonica-soaked lament about rotten love that, vocally, contains some wonderfully barbed imagery (“when the smell of desperation keeps the flies off your shoes” and “you’re way too cold for me to lean on”).

Album opener Room Service is classic Americana – the guitars built around short, sharp riffs and a wonderfully gruff set of vocals; while Lay Me Down is best filed under alt-country. It’s the closest they come to a romantic offering, and you can quite imagine it going down a storm at the Grand Old Oprey.

The harmonica returns to excellent effect on the rootin’, tootin’ Go Again, as well as on the bluesy Here I Come, while album closer The Last Thing That I Do draws things to a richly satisfying close, complete with campfire whistling, banjo licks and a big band extravaganza.

Hey Negrita may be a relatively unknown act on these shores, but their music – though rooted in Americana – is well worth discovering for fans of classic rock.

Laura Veirs – July Flame (01/2010)

Kod: Označi sve
http://rapidshare.com/files/308171518/LVJF_Vic.zip

Inspired by peaches she found at a Portland, Ore., farmer’s market, Laura Veirs is now set to release her seventh full-length album next year.

July Flame, out Jan. 19, 2010, will be Veirs' first release through her new label, Raven Marching Band. The follow-up to 2007's Saltbreakers will also be her sixth album produced by Tucker Martine.

When she found those peaches last year, Veirs insisted that she and a friend each compose a song named after them. But long after they exchanged the two July Flame numbers, the inspiration stuck. "I’d been in a songwriting slump at that time and writing that song pushed me over my plateau and into a new place where I was surprising myself again. I invented oddball tunings so I was really using my ear to search out new-sounding melodies and patterns," Veirs says on her website. "I wrote this album from a searching, soulful place. I hope it elicits a real gut feeling."

The end result is a stripped-down release that mainly features her finger-picking over an acoustic guitar. My Morning Jacket’s Jim James also sings on a few of the tracks.

"The Devil Dancing" is Brown Bird's second full-length album on Peapod Recordings. The album is set to be released on CD and LP on November 10th of 2009. It was recorded in two separate multi day sessions. The first session took place at Hogfarm Studios in Biddeford, ME and included the upright bass work of Micah Blue Smaldone (Death Vessel, Fire on Fire). The second session took place at the Peapod Recording Studio in Portland, ME. The engineer for both sessions was Ron Harrity. Mastering was done by Nick Zampiello at New Alliance East.
---
Brown Bird is an original 5 piece band which draws influence from Country, Blues and Eastern European musics. Brown Bird began over five years ago as the brain child of songwriter David Lamb and has developed into a miniature orchestra of harmonized voices and instruments carrying Lamb’s haunting lyrics on surging waves of Appalachian, gypsy, and shanty music. The group hails from Rhode Island and Maine and pulls from the talents of each member to create a diverse folk music that swells into high-spirited, foot-stomping madness.

Recorded in upstate New York, in a converted church called Dreamland with producer/engineer Chris Coady (who has worked with TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Blonde Redhead, and a bunch of others) Teen Dream is the third album from the Baltimore-based duo Beach House, and their Sub Pop debut. The new album gives voice to a full universe of unbridled imagination, and the manifestation of Teen Dream has been a welcomed and all-consuming obsession for Beach House the past 9-12 months. Teen Dream will arrive packaged with a companion DVD featuring a video for each song on the album, each by a different director.

Jason Ringenberg - All Over Creation (2004)

mp3 256 kpbs | 80MB | 43:55 min.
In his liner notes to All Over Creation, Jason Ringenberg writes that touring as a solo act behind A Pocketful of Soul caused him to spend a lot more time jamming with other musicians in his off hours than he ever had before, which led to this album, which finds him sharing each track with a different act (except for Kristi Rose and Fats Kaplin, who pop up twice). While A Pocketful of Soul focused on the traditional country side of Ringenberg's musical personality, All Over Creation is, well, all over the place, spinning between frantic rockabilly ("Honky Tonk Maniac From Mars" with Hamell on Trial), old-school country (a gender-reversed "Don't Come Home a Drinkin' [With Lovin' on Your Mind]" cut with BR5-49), balls-out rock & roll (the Wildhearts sit in on "One Less Heartache"), and subtle acoustic ballads ("I Dreamed My Baby Came Home," with Rose and Kaplan). If All Over Creation lacks the tighter focus of A Pocketful of Soul, its eclecticism certainly mirrors the embrace of country and rock in all their forms that fueled Ringenberg's music with Jason & the Scorchers, and there are more than a few truly stellar tracks here: a new version of "Bible and a Gun" featuring superb vocals from Steve Earle, a masterful tune about the Irish emigration; "Erin's Seed," recorded with Lambchop; a striking bluegrass version of the Gun Club's "Mother of Earth"; and a beautiful lament for the changing south and the ravages of time, "Last Train to Memphis." Despite the many talented guest stars on hand, this is Jason Ringenberg's show, and All Over Creation proves once again as both a singer and a tunesmith, he's a talent to be reckoned with. Great stuff. -- AMG

Jim White - Drill A Hole in That Substrate and Tell Me What You See (2004)

mp3 256kpbs | 116.5MB | 62:44 min.
Jim White writes like a Southern gentlemen. When he released his cryptic debut, Wrong-Eyed Jesus, in 1997, he was approaching 40, and with each record his civil invective and genuine yearning for redemption have become more focused, culminating in an eccentric -- yet fully realized -- body of work that requires no aging to prove itself worthy. Drill a Hole in That Substrate and Tell Me What You See preens like an alley cat with a bellyful of chicken scraps. The thick veil of gloss that co-producers Joe Henry and Tucker Martine use to coat each of the 11 hypnotic tracks is entirely transparent, resulting in a glass-bottom boat ride that's both cathartic and uncomfortably voyeuristic. White's characters are always teetering on the edge of a bridge, faces cast skyward, wondering if whatever it is that's left them might swoop down just seconds before the first shoe drops. He meets his subjects on level ground, allowing them to speak through him as well as serve as their master's mouthpiece. On the spooky Tom Waits-style dirge "Borrowed Wings," the ghosts of doomed Bonnie and Clyde-cursed lovers weep "For in the fallow field where what's reaped is what's sown/There lies a road to ruin and it's paved with our tombstones." It's not all hellfire and brimstone, though, as evidenced by the goofy Barenaked Ladies collaboration "Alabama Chrome" and the bright -- almost hopeful -- hidden track, "Land Called Home." There's a deep Southern gothic vibe at work here that brings to mind the Spanish moss meanderings of Daniel Lanois' For the Beauty of Wynona, but it's the shadow of Waits that always gets the last word; "If Jesus Drove a Motor Home" sounds like a cross between something off of The Black Rider and the theme to The Sopranos, but it's interesting that despite all of the celebrity guests (Aimee Mann, Bill Frisell, M. Ward), it's White's self-produced tracks that mirror their creator's sewn up -- but still bleeding a little -- heart. -- AMG

Dave Rawlings Machine will release its first album, A Friend of a Friend, on November 17. This is the first record by Dave Rawlings, the guitarist, producer, singer and songwriter best known for his work with his partner Gillian Welch and Old Crow Medicine Show. In addition with Welch and the members of Old Crow, Benmont Tench (Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers), Karl Himmel and Nate Walcott (Bright Eyes) all appear on the album.

Rawlings first conceived the project in 2007. “I had a few older songs that I had written with other artists that I wanted to record myself,” Rawlings said in a statement. “Then the last year or so Gillian and I spent a good deal of time in Los Angeles, hanging out with a new group of musicians and songwriters. This inspired a number of songs that seemed to complete the picture. So we started recording. It was as much of a surprise to me as it was to anybody.”

A Friend of a Friend will boast “more lavish arrangements than songs from the Gillian Welch catalog typically do,” including seven new Rawlings originals. Rawlings has also put together a live version of the Machine featuring Welch and three members of Old Crow Medicine Show (Ketch Secor, Willie Watson and Morgan Jahnig).

Blanche - Little Amber Bottles (2007)

mp3 256kpbs | 94MB | 51:18 min.
If We Can't Trust the Doctors' dusty drama brought the members of Blanche acclaim and opportunities: the band supported Loretta Lynn on Van Lear Rose, toured with the White Stripes and Calexico, and Dan and Tracee Miller appeared in I Walk the Line. Though these commitments -- not to mention Little Jack Lawrence's stint with the Raconteurs -- delayed the band's second album, it was clearly time well spent. Little Amber Bottles is the work of an even richer, more experienced band, pairing the masterful atmospheres of Blanche's debut with powerful songwriting and outstanding production. Less self-conscious and more versatile than they were on If We Can't Trust the Doctors, Blanche switch easily from mood pieces like the swampy instrumental "Exordium" to "The World I Used to Be Afraid Of," a darkly witty, downright rollicking murder ballad with a heart full of darkness and a twinkle in its eye. Just why the song's character is so cheerful and how he won his beloved makes for a typically twisted, and wonderfully written, tale from Dan Miller. Little Amber Bottles tackles many of the same themes that Blanche delved into on If We Can't Trust the Doctors -- faith, love, and redemption (or the lack thereof) -- but this time the songs are more urgent. The album is full of stories of outrage, big and small, personal and universal: "Last Year's Leaves" is an elegant and bitter kiss-off; on "A Year from Now," Miller insists that "all these tears will help someday," but sounds unconvinced as the song grows increasingly turbulent. "No Matter Where You Go"'s character sketch of a hopeless narcissist is as subtly insistent as a nagging conscience, but "What This Town Needs" is blunt and brash, hitting home big questions like "How can you sleep at night?" with equally big guitars. Musically speaking, Little Amber Bottles casts a wide net, touching on everything from punk to gospel to bluegrass. Recorded in Nashville with Mark Nevers and in Detroit with Dave Feeny, these songs show off Blanche's abilities to their fullest. The Millers may have played Mr. and Mrs. Luther Perkins in Walk the Line, but on the album's duets, they feel like Lee Hazlewood and Nancy Sinatra. "I'm Sure of It" is a study in contrasts, pitting Dan Miller's nasal sneer against Tracee's breathy drawl as the song goes from simmering verses to roiling, rocking choruses. The title track's narcotic glow and Feeny's delicate, molten pedal steel (which is stellar throughout Little Amber Bottles) nod to countrypolitan's rootsy glamour, while "I Can't Sit Down" is joyfully old-timey, all close harmonies and revival-ready hollers. Blanche's cover of "Child of the Moon" transforms the Rolling Stones' psych pop classic into a winsome, slow-motion waltz so successfully that they might want to think about doing a full-fledged covers album. Crucially, all these nods to Blanche's influences end up enhancing the band's uniqueness; rooted equally in the traditional and more experimental sides of Americana, country, and rock, Little Amber Bottles expands what a Blanche album can be, and it's a joy to hear. -- AMG

GREENLAND IS MELTING – OUR HEARTS ARE GOLD, OUR GRASS IS BLUE 2009

slika

Greenland is Melting is the Gainesville, Florida trio of Karl Seltzer, Will Dueease and Shaun Pereira and Our Hearts Are Golden is their sophomore release. Soundwise, the best way for me to describe this band would be to say that they sound like what I wanted to hear the first time I heard The Avett Brothers. They play a ragged form of folk-country with a punk attitude that seems so loose and relaxed that it always seems like it’s on the edge of coming apart. The bands shares vocal duties on all the songs, and like the music the voices are so different that the harmonies seem like they could devolve into dischord at any minute. The thing is that the album never fell apart, and as it wore on I just kept getting pulled further and further in until what seemed strange and challenging on first listen became quirky and charming.

Should the United States attempt to spread democracy throughout the Middle East? Why or why not? Do you believe that attempts at nation building will lead to greater freedom and liberty in the Middle East, or will America's efforts backfire and encourage another generation of terrorists?

Glorytellers - Atone (11/2009)

Kod: Označi sve
http://rapidshare.com/files/308767854/GloAto_Vic.zip

The second album from Geoff Farina’s Glorytellers finds the band sound gelling into a gorgeous amalgamation of Farina’s own musical history, and his musical heritage. Resonating with reference points from the Americana music canon, Atone vibrates with buoyant songs and vivid narratives.Geoff Farina has been making records and touring consistently since the early 90s, and he has carved out small enclaves of dedicated fans across the US, Europe, and Japan. His band Karate made nine genre-bending records and toured extensively for twelve years, and the songs he penned with The Secret Stars have reached cult status, covered by the likes of Death Cab for Cutie and Ida. Since 2006, Farina’s Glorytellers have combined Karate’s quiet-rock urgency with the Secret Stars’ soft-spoken intimacy to evoke the best qualities of both bands. Atone, Glorytellers’ second release, is a collection of nine unclassifiable gems that gently unfold with ease and dignity.

Atone reaches into all corners of Americana; Echoes of Harry Nilsson’s “Everybody’s Talkin’” reverberate through “The Keystone,” as Farina narrates a train ride through the decaying mining towns of Pennsylvania. The acoustic and electric guitars on “Concaves’” are woven together like twin fiddles. Matt Pond recently described the deftly-fingerpicked “Just What I Was Thinking” as ‘Bluegrass Morrissey’. There is even a bawling Walter Horton-style Marine Band that punctuates the bluesy “Softly as She Sings.” But for all its pre-punk influences, Glorytellers have their feet firmly planted in 80s and 90s indie music: Had they been plugged into 100-watt Marshall amps, the guitars on “Fours” and “Omni Stars” would be at home on a Pitchfork or New Radiant Storm King record, and the six-plus minutes of “The Coldest War” seethe and simmer like Karate’s best album-ending epics.

The Fall-Slippy Floor (2009.)

slika

A one-off single to tie in with the current tour. A song of many parts, starting with a gorgeous bass line as MES intones, 'We're gonna get married/On the floor of behest.' Main part is a repetitive but addictive guitar riff along with seemingly random observations on the slippy floor in view of the Taj Mahal. All you get is a sloppy Fall? The typically lo-fi tape recordings at the end include what sounds like a tasty slide guitar based song snippet and another of those 'rhythms tapped out on the kitchen table with a spoon' jobs. 'So, apart from mixing that, there's not really much more to do with it, is there?'

Abbe May - Howl and Moan (2008)

Kod: Označi sve
http://rapidshare.com/files/310949894/AMH_M_Vic.zip

Abbe May (pronounced Abby) is a vixen of vocal energy who hails from the west Australian capital of Perth. Backed by her aptly named band “The Rockin’ Pneumonia”, Abbe May’s debut release is a juxtaposition of scorching guitar blues riff and soft ukulele driven ballads, and ended up winning the 2007 WAMI award (never heard of it? Its ok, neither have I).

The album opens with the guitar fuzz assault of the title track “Howl & Moan”. Consisting of Abbe May’s distinct and powerful voice addressing the prospect of marriage, and how “he’s the only one”. ‘The Rockin Pneumonia’ highlight the vocal delivery with the savage bursts of heavy guitar solo’s and the savage drumming. The high energy of the album is continued on the next track “You Gonna Get It”, a rollicking journey to the pub to listen to the local band, and then complain that they’re playing to loud.

After the fast pace of the previous tracks, things slow down with the mellow country ballad “We’ll Take A Trip Up The Country” which features backing vocals from male band member KT Rumble, giving the song a pleasant dreamy feel. The comically named “Costanza” is a reference to Seinfeld (I Can’t Stand You). Featuring a solid riff and simple beat, it is driven by Abbe’s sultry delivery of pained lyrics like “I still love you/but there ain’t no hope/and I’d hang myself/if I had enough rope”. Cap it off with a belting solo and you have the first single from the album.

Tracks “Ma” and “Old River” seem to blend together towards the middle of the album, after the previous track they are very soft acoustic ditties (“Old River” even has a whistle solo) and seem somewhat out of place at this stage of the album. “A Blackout In Your Town” is a ominous death ballad with Zeppelin like guitars and vocals, accompanied by the lyrics ‘I Smoked enough/than I really should’.

What better way to extenuate the soft-loud dynamic of the songs on this album than to have a sea-faring ballad played on ukulele? “Storm” is calming tale of bad weather retreating back out over the ocean, backed by a deep double bass and Abbe’s crooning voice floating away into the distance. You pick up the album for some rocking tracks, and then you are captured by the softness and beauty of this elegant piece. “Sidesteppin’” is another short track that doesn’t seem to quite fit in with how it is positioned on the album, but provides a gently transition and build up from “Storm” to the next track.

The album ends with the dark, eerie sounds of “Lay Me Down”. Vibrato guitars echo out as the lead is laid down, building up the chorus breaks which are just pure explosions of guitar burst and static.

This album is best played whilst driving down the highway at obscene speeds, or while sitting around at home trying to polish of that scotch bottle, but never both at once.

Jesse Malin – On Your Sleeve (2008)

mp3 VBR~192kpbs | 67MB | 47:02 min.

2008 covers album from the former leader of D-Generation. Recorded over seven days and featuring interpretations of classic singer-songwriters Tom Waits and Neil Young, contemporary greats such as The Hold Steady and The Kills, Punk icons The Ramones and The Clash, Lou Reed and even a Sam Cooke standard - Jesse tips his hat to a small collection of writers that inform his unique musical identity and appeal. As a performing songwriter, Jesse appreciated the challenge of covering unique melodies not of his own design. Jesse Malin's musical career began at twelve years old when he fronted New York hardcore band Heart Attack and spanned eight years with D Generation before culminating in three critically-acclaimed solo albums this decade past. The most recent of these came in the form of 2007's Glitter In The Gutter, which saw Jesse accompanied by a raft of talented performers including long-time companion/sometime producer Ryan Adams, Josh Homme and Bruce Springsteen.

For an artist in their songwriting prime, the covers album is always a great risk. Typically the sign of creative drought or contractual obligation, as a rule they rarely work. When they do, the listener is sent either scurrying back to the originals, reminded of the greatness of a certain song; or forced into reappraisal, to check again a hitherto unrecognised work of art. For every hundred David Bowie Pin Ups, only the odd moment of genuine transcendence (ie Cat Power's Jukebox) slip on through.
By choosing the most predictable sources of raw material, Jesse Malin wires himself to mission impossible from the outset, with the New Yorker aiming to tackle a combination of rock standards (Walk On The Wild Side, Everybody's Talking, Wonderful World) alongside more contemporary songs by The Hold Steady and The Kills.
He might just about scrape away with the latter, but treatments of his heroes' work such as The Clash's Gates Of The West or The Stones' Sway are awkward. The latter, especially, reducing the sticky-fingered original to an electronic-based travesty. Aiming for Suicide, the results are more Bontempi. Elsewhere, the interpretations bring to mind images of throwing poses with a tennis racquet in front of the bedroom mirror. In the case of Neil Young's Looking For A Love, the pay off line ''when she starts to see the darker side of me'', is dispatched with the over-wrought intensity of a bit-part actor.
After 14 tracks, you're left wondering at quite who this album is aimed? Malin is a gifted songwriter in his own right, and a witty and erudite performer. His previous albums are strong. But shorn of his strengths, he lurches perilously close to the brand of professional Noo Yawker as personified by Huey Morgan and his godawful Fun Lovin' Criminals. Let's put it down as a career blip. For while On Your Sleeve is obviously a labour of love, on the whole it's simply just laboured. -- http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/reviews/c5xm

Abbe May & The Devil - Hoodoo You Do (2009)

A small pale white girl who sings like a ten tonne black man is not something to miss. An album of songs that sound like she has been possessed by several blues greats is certainly not something to miss. Hoodoo You Do is the first album from Rockin' Pneumonia front woman Abbe May and her sideproject The devil & Abbe May.

A departure from the Rockin' Pneumonia's howlin' blues explosion, Hoodoo You Do is a shambolic voodoo blues album, recorded over five days with four musicians, three chords, too many bottles of spliff wine and one Willie Dixon song. ‘Hoodoo You Do’ is both hauntingly beautiful and disarmingly humourous.

Press Release:
"Full length CD album from Jerome aka Message to Bears, Oxfords premiere ambient folker. Here he brings us 10 tracks of his gorgeous acoustic guitar driven melancholy, begining with the the aptly titled "Running Through Woodland", the track sets a menacing pace with layers of guitars and cellos. "Hidden Beneath" is driven by a stomping pulse and delightful percussion. Plenty of glock action and viola sweeps, uplifting choral vocals and delicate piano lines, this is Jerome at his finest yet, showcasing a brilliant melodic ability, combing classical instrumentation into a folk/pop structure taking cues from bands such as Explosions in the Sky. This is an album that will leave you speechless every time you listen as you uncover new hidden details, textures and melodies. I couldn't be prouder to release this."
